Do you have a friend who always asks for rides everywhere?
It’s ruining the friendship. Who in their late 20s doesn’t have a vehicle??? Not counting big city people with public transit.

@basilfawlty89 I’m talking specifically about my non disabled friend. She’s not exactly poor but if she is it’s because of her choices. Capability is not an issue
