Do you have a friend who always asks for rides everywhere?
It’s ruining the friendship. Who in their late 20s doesn’t have a vehicle??? Not counting big city people with public transit.

Yeah. He’s got some medical condition that keeps him from being able to get a license. I forget what, but it wasn’t seizures.
It really is difficult to do some everyday things when you can’t drive yourself. I get if people can’t afford a car; especially these days. But it’s very limiting to be without one.
