As there anyone out there who would just love to have a nice little online friendship?

Someone who just wants to talk about their day and make each other laugh. And no thinking about meeting or dating or none of the tough stuff. Just honest to goodness friends. Like pen pals used to do. Preferably female. No I don’t hate men. Just don’t have a lot of female friends in my life. Not real sure I believe in all that “girl power” crap, but I thought just having one pal online with no expectations would be a hell of a lot better than what I’ve been presented lately in my everyday life.

Anything more than a casual friendship online just leads to someone getting hurt. Of course there are exceptions to that but they are in the minority.

@Havesomefun2 a chat is fine. Developing feelings beyond friendship, for example, goes bad most of the time.

@Sevendays I see where you’re coming from but I don’t think just having decent, friendly chats with someone could hurt. I mean depending upon what both or all parties want and are in agreement in the friendship. If that makes sense? Not sure I worded that in the best way lol sorry, I tried.
