House Guests

At the end of the night people gotta go unless they’re unable to drive.

good friends and family are always welcome here. we have 3 bedrooms in the guest wing providing privacy for them and us

Few days tops.. then I need my freedom back!

We have a pretty comfy guest room and people can come and go as they wish. I have had guest stay up to several months. If they are expecting me to be with them and entertain them the whole time, I can probably tolerate a weekend and that is about it. 1 or 2 guests at a time is plenty for me.

Haven't had any house guests for quite a while and then only one at a time for a couple of nights so not a problem. I've been a guest at my sister's place several times in the last four months and about two weeks is as long as I can take it. And I think I'm starting to annoy her by then too.

My mother in law comes for six weeks in the summer. She’s incredibly helpful and never gets in the way. She’s just an absolutely wonderful person.

If it was someone else, I’d probably be tapping my foot waiting for them to leave after a weekend.

One guest, one night.

It's rare that we even allow anyone to come into our house at all.

Probably a weekend and then it is really time for them to just go!

No more than 3 days preferably less.

I can tolerate most house guests up to a month

My mother used to say guests and fish go off after 3 days.lol

When I was a young man a much older friend once said fish and houseguest must be gone in 3-days. As I became older I learned he was correct.

Guests (friends) - 4 hrs- 6hrs max
Family : A month probably

Depends who it is. My godson has come & spent a week with me, from time to time. We’ve gone to the theater in my neighborhood, hung out in the square, as well as watching tv and having meals in my flat.

One day and they become annoying as hell

I had my mother in law love in with us for about 6 months..That was fun 😳😆

Nobody overnight, gone no later than 9pm.
