Was I wrong?

A girl I have known since high school moved in a few doors down from me. Her car broke down yesterday, and she asked me if she could use my car today. When she brought it back, she said. "Just to let you know, it's almost empty, and it was almost Empty when you let me borrow it so I put $20 in it." Then she stood there staring at me. I asked her what's up and she said." I want my $20 back." I told her she was the one that drove it. She just looked at me and then called me a cheapscape and walked away.

No, you were not wrong, and may I say what absolute nerve she had no just asking to borrow your vehichle but not offering at lease 20 bucks in gas. No. No, no and no. You are better than she. Clearly.

@Mikla She could be a feminist.

@sree251 That's a valid point. My feeling was she felt "entitled" so maybe you're right. I don't know, no patience for me with people as such.

@Mikla Why do feminists feel entitled?

@sree251 I have no idea. I am not one, nor never have been. My belief is that the feminist point of view dates way, way back when women were considered "fragile" at best. It's all taught within the home. But that's just my opinion.

@Mikla Feminism is pretty much the norm these days. Girls seem smarter book-wise. They are pretty assertive. I see men pushing baby strollers.

@sree251 Yes. Things are changing, Always.

@Mikla Are things changing for the better? I don't mean better for humanity but better for you personally?
