How should I help her?

I have a neighbour that am close with, we go to evening walks and spend time sometimes.

I know she has been having some issues with mother in law and sister in law she’s living with.

Lately I’ve seen her growing very thin and frail. Also during our walking she tripped and fell hurt her nose and asked me not to tell anyone in her family about it.

Not sure how I can help her

"Don't tell the family"

...why would she say that

{but she needs to be taken away and asked in isolation if there are issues}

@Genelia ... if her MiL and SiL live there, or stay a lot, it could be their CONSTANT bickering at her as to how she's bringing up her family, that's why she's frail and thin

@BigGuy2 yeah that’s what even I thought and not sure if their history of relationship. However I have seen some loud arguments from her SIL and husband a few times. Not sure what topic it is on given they speak different language at home

HOPEFULLY, her husband is arguing at the SiL {or sister} so backing up his wife ie "leave her alone" or SADLY, it could be them BOTH arguing at her
