Do you try and breathe quieter when walking up a flight of stairs so bystanders don't hear you fighting for your life? 🤔

I worked with someone who had a weight issue. We took the stairs from floor 1 to floor 2, and I literally thought he was going to die.

I don't mind the people who breathe as much as the ones who scream 😬😬
