What is something kids do/have today that was never a thing for you as a child?

I'll go first...PLAY DATES. It is funny to me how this term is always used now, I'll call their mom to set a play date up, or can I have a play date with so and so. We just saw who was around and hung out!

My kid never had a play date thank the gods. I'm not sure my introversion could have taken that.

It's frightening to me how young her peers were before getting their first smart phones. I ended up caving earlier than I had intended on getting her one.
