You all should be more mindful of those who are here , not just those who aren't here to read the words.
Sometimes when you side with someone you are unintentionally or intentionally taking away from someone else's truth and someone else's need for a closure. You are standing in the way of their recovery.
It is simple, young people are more vulnerable when it comes to sexual situations, regardless of whether or not the other side has mental illness. The younger ones are at disadvantaged. If there is a pattern, it is obvious.
And it is for the best for people to share what they go through. We simply don't get to dictate when and how they do so. Healing is completely individualized.
Even the best of people fuk up. She was good in some things and she fuked up in others. She fuked up big.
Young women and young men are both off limits. There is always much to be questions in huge age gaps and the tendency to keep persisting after knowing the person is engaged elsewhere. Partly because this does indicate objectification.
I have had many young regulars flirt with me. Even drop sexual hints. And I did feel uncomfortable with it for reasons I have no desire to share. (Old ones too)
But I am also aware I am at an advantage and it is me who would be taking advantage. Young people do this trial and error thing, they just kinda throw their net wide open because they are still developing skills in that regard. It is not because it is the right thing to pursue further.
As an old person, we should draw the boundaries, regardless of how young people behave.
Of course you can direct them, ignore them or whatever, but you can't one day wake up and start telling the rest of the world those younger than you are responsible for your own actions.
It simply doesn't make any sense.

@SW-User Where could I find the original thread so I can convince myself that I must have seen something different than what there really was and what everybody is saying there was? I remember replies but it's possible those were before nasty sexual comments.

She's left and she's better off . So many cruel people on here. It's disgusting. It's not hard to block people if you don't like them . Some on here get a boner over tormenting people with mental illness . I'm just relieved she didn't try to do something worse . People on here and not on here aren't worth offing yourself over.
