That's not a "discussion" but it does reference previous discussions, and thus it is a fairly positive affirmation in a nice small message.
And could be the starting point from which another discussion begins in earnest.
They admitted that they listened to you!
They can do critical and or comparative thinking!
They can see other's points of view beyond their own.
They didn't defend or tout themselves by pressing the point that they were also correct on things.
They seem to have no obvious issue with your viewpoints or you being correct on several of them previously.
So, It is Really Really GOOD !

However there could come the next few line, which negate the Nice Alternative Universe in which you've stumbled.
"BUT, I was more correct on MANY More Things and I will explain it all extensively with myriad detail for you to agree wholeheartedly with me before I can untie you and give you the sacred kiss and then introduce you to the Grand Exalted One who will administer the Oath and make you my Wife."
"I'm free tomorrow at 1pm. Will that be good for you?"
