You know that you're not alone... I just read your post about it...

I want you to know that we are just human .... we do wrong and we go wrong and we keep repeating them.... we need to:

- accept ..... it is all ok when we do that... We cant be perfect ...

- we should stay aware when it happens and we should try to minimize the possible damage to ourself and others...

- we should be forgiving towards ourselves.....

I love you and Im here whenever you need a friend to talk to...🤗🤗🥀😘
