Ever get the news that someone who was a close friend a long time ago passed away?
My best friend from high school passed away tonight. His sister contacted me to tell me. I hadnt seen him in years as he and his wife and children moved far away. We exchanged emails from time to time and always said we would get togeter at somepoint. It never happened. So many memories from so long ago are rushing through my mind right now. Its a unique feeling of sadness that I have never experienced.
