There are times when I have felt like both. I feel like it can vary depending on the personal interaction / people involved. Social hierarchies and that sort of thing too.
I just think it depends. We have different sides to ourselves and so this being the basis of chemistry in platonic and romantic / sexual relationships, it makes sense that sometimes to some people we are confident and friendly whereas to others we can appear aloof and not socially engaging or confident.
