The group of girls I knew from high school, that ditched me message me, apologized and wants to start over. Should I?

She and the other girls invited me to hanging out after a new weeks we met each other in late 2019. My two best friends stopped hanging out with them because something didn’t feel “right” about the girls. I kept hanging it with them.
The bad things the girls did to be was:
1. They talked crap about me behind my back.
2. They abandoned me at a restaurant that they claim to have an “emergency” and immediately had to go but found out hours later that they went to a party that they didn’t want me to go to and my older brother had to pick me up. He was pissed.
3. They pretended that they didn’t know me when I was out with my aunt and other times.
4. They posted a horrible photo of me on social media and I lost a couple friends. My two best friends told me about the post.
5. They stopped contacting me since the pandemic started. I would be the one to text but they didn’t replay to me at all or just gave me short answers texts.

Anyways back to present. So yeah earlier this week on Monday she messaged me saying that they’re terribly sorry for what they have done to me and they want to start over. They had to keep a reputation for themselves.

Should I forgive them and reconcile my friendship with them? I didn’t tell my best friends or my family because I know what they’re going to say. 🙄😔

Oh....

This is a good time for vengeance... yes the time is here.

It may be possible they could be setting you up again...

If you play your cards right...

You can be victorious and pay them back for all the people they have disrespected!
