Whisky drinkers of SW

I want to get my brother a really good whisky, price around £70 but I don't drink so I have no idea what to get. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I went to the Kentucky Derby this year and it was all about the bourbon. I went to Makers Mark. They have this stuff that is pretty good. Makers Mark 46
