Well, I Was Once That Way.... [I Wish There Were More Vegetarian Products]

But I have noticed that, especially during the lockdown, the supermarkets have been well better putting together collections of vegetarian produce.

That, naturally, makes me happy.

It means that, at long last, we're not seen as just a 'fad' and that there is a thriving market for the food.

Which, in turn, means that I can offer better variety to my family!

Simple!

I was brought up a veggie and I have brought up my children as vegetarian too. Hubby has always, before me, been a semi vegetarian but since we got together - many years ago now - he's been happy to follow the veggie path.

So....less frustrated with the choice these days.
