There's many reasons to be a veggie; I was brought up as one from a very early age.

As my sis says 'How many variety of meats do you tend to eat? 4? 5? Well, there's over 150,000 different vegetables that you can eat. How's that for variety?'

I've brought up my daughter as a vegetarian also and she's pretty healthy.

I enjoyed most of the varieties I have eaten and feel good about eating them. I don't miss any of the meat products I have give up. Hopefully, as the popularity increases the prices will level out.

I eat meat, but I also enjoy vegetarian meals.
