If you claim to be vegan, how truly vegan are you?
Do you eat any meat or animal products at all? That includes beef, lamb, pork, any poultry, any fish, and any animal-based product like eggs, milk, cheese, etc. and anything made with any of those things so no meat pies, no pizza, and basically almost no take away food at all.
I'm not vegan and never claim to be.
Vegan's are only true vegans if they consume none of the above (and perhaps a wider scope) and only embrace 'fake meat' if they want psuedo-protein in their diet.
