Would you ever try veganism?

I've been vegan for a few years now. Prior to that I was vegetarian.

I have allergies so I had to be for health reasons. Im allergic to gluten on top of it 💀 which makes eating out really hard

@Dallas7 When I was cooking for a living - including ready-meals during the pandemic - I made sure that the vegan dishes were also gluten-free as I know several coeliacs.
