Exposing the hypocrisy of meat based diets

I'm not vegan but I've been getting more plant based lately and checking out different things. So far I haven't really ate meat for about a month now.

There's a lot I didn't know. I'm used to carnivore influencers but when you check out things they believe and what goes on behind the scenes, there's a lot of propaganda that comes with a meat based diet. A lot of things I previously believed aren't true.

I'm not going to go the ultra vegan route that meat is bad per se, obviously longer lived people eat meat too as well as vegans, that one vegan heart surgeon who lived to 98 but I have noticed I been doing better on a plant based diet.

I'm also not gonna lie, I've been plant based as a stance against right wingers who are all about their steaks. I hate their meanness so much this year.

I eat meat. I eat eggs (a poultry product, so I'll be darned if I know why they are put with the milk in the stores). I eat "complementary" non-meat protein. Meats and eggs have all the essential amino acids humans need to have to manufacture protein in their bodies. Corn and rice have some of those essential amino acids. Legumes, nuts, beans have some other essential amino acids. If you eat beans and rice, or beans in a corn tortilla, you will also be getting a combination of all essential amino acids, if they are eaten simultaneously. In a good diet, both grain/legume and meat/egg/milk combos are used as sources of complete amino acids for our bodies.

@Massageman You can get complete proteins with veganism as well. There's a few vegan women who are really built on a vegan diet. There's one who enters body building competitions.

@SatanBurger. If you eat beans and rice, or beans in a corn tortilla, you will also be getting a combination of all essential amino acids, if they are eaten simultaneously. (as I already said) But I will still eat meat.

@Massageman Honestly, I never stated for you to not eat meat why you gotta make it personal. Meat eaters are too sensitive.
