Vegan Grocery Store

I want to open a vegan grocery store. How viable is this?

@meJess Actually, that's a deceptive stat. Millions of Americans (to use my sinking-fast country as an example) regularly consume vegan meals, snacks, etc, although they aren't strict vegans. Omnivores, baby! 😛
