Since vegans are against killing all animals are they also against killing bedbugs, head lice and cockroaches and Mosquitoes too?

What would you do if you were a vegan and you had a terrible head lice infestation?

Vegans are typically against the ethics how how meat/dairy is produced, so getting rid of pests wouldn’t go against those values. Not a vegan, just a vegetarian who loves insects but knows where to draw the line.
