Read the below mentioned link where I mentioned top 10 plant based milk with their benefits.

None of them are healthy and neither is veganism. Humans are built to eat both meat and vegetables and when we deny one or the other we get sick. Vegans are mentally ill most of the time. Sad to say.

@cherokeepatti I am lactose intollerant as well. I grew up milking cows by hand and running it through a separator so we could sell the cream to the local creamery. That completely aside if I had a baby and needed to give it milk - vegan milk would be the last thing I would reach for.

@hippyjoe1955 Not talking about others. But for me I don’t like having sinus headaches and a runny nose. I was born on a farm and we had 35 dairy cows and a Jersey cow for our own milk and I loved that milk, and the butter, and cottage cheese and whipped cream and everything else we had to eat from it. I don’t know if it is my age and I’m lacking enzymes to digest it right or what but milk I buy has bothered me progressively more as I age.

@hippyjoe1955 I might could drink goat’s milk but the flavor is not good for me. I have tried.

It would be OK if self-made . Producers cheat with amount of ingredients.

yes I agree with you. They add little amount of preservatives but misguide the customers. @Khenpal1

I prefer goat's milk. It's all I drink.
