So i decided to become vegan (again)

I am struggling with that for such a long time now but i think now i come closer to the time that i will make it. It's just isn't making any sense to the way i am and the way that i think, to eat meat. Seriously. I feel a lot calmer when i eat plant based. I am going back and forth for few years now. Like the smoking thing, i got rid earlier this year.. I want my actions and my beliefs to be aligned and to sleep consciously better...
But a reason that this is getting hard is none in my surrounding is vegan or even, values it. On the contrary... Anyways I came to realise, i wasn't very determined before. And that "i will just have meat once in a while" thing isn't working for me either. Because i am confusing my already confused family this way.

I love cooking vegan meals but still eat meat occasionally. I think to stick tto a new way of eating is not to try to become too 'perfect' and not kick ourselves if we fail sometimes. Gradually we will succeed and it isn't anyone else's business how we work it.

@Luceleaftea to an extent, you're right, everyone's road is different. But I've been vegetarian for 19 years. It's quite possible and does meet all the requirements for a lifestyle.
