Really doubt it, poorer nations cant. Veganism isnt cheap, all those fabricated substitutes are costly and not available everywhere.

@DrSunnyTheSkeptic a lot of those meat substitutes are heavy in soy of some form and that stuff raises estrogen levels. Not good, I had to stop drinking soy milk because of it.

@DrSunnyTheSkeptic Women can get too much estrogen and too much can also cause night sweats and hot flashes and other problems, not healthy at all.
