jackieash mix 3 tablespoons of tamari or dark soya sauce, 3 balls of finely sliced stem ginger, half a teaspoon of coconut sugar, juice and zest from 1 large orange, black pepper to taste in a bowl, place tofu "steaks" in it and then cover and place in a fridge for an hour.
Then fry the steaks in coconut oil for 8-10 minutes, place on boiled rice and pour over the left over marinade after heating it up in a sauce pan 1st. Sprinkle sliced spring onion over the top (I also added sesame seeds).
