No, but I used to make individual bite nachos. Tortilla chip, dab of refried beans, dab of taco meat with sauce, grated Mexican cheese on top, and broiled just till the cheese melts...then ONE sliced jalapeno pepper on top. I would serve those with salsa and sour cream.
