are teabags bad for you

for all my life ive always had teabags to make a cup of tea, black tea with milk and sweetner...but i just got told the other day that teabags contain toxins or micro plastics...so now i'm wondering what else is unsafe?

Who told you? the same people who said Alcohol was bad, but then said it was beneficial in moderation. or the ones who said don't eat eggs, but then said on second thought eggs are fine, and don't eat butter...but margarine is worse so go back to butter? just have a cup of tea, you'll be fine

I was the one who told you about tea bags. They are not toxic, but they do contain microplastics.
