Ice Tea - how do you make it?

I'm trying to make epic ice tea at home, make it by the gallon. So far I've gotten to the "it's okay" stage, but not the epic stage.

Any secrets you are willing to share?

BTW, I'm using the cold brew method.

I'd never heard of the cold brew method so I googled and think I'll try it! 👏😋

@Fluffybull I've found it to be quite good - something about how long it takes to steep well eliminates and chance of bitterness. I think I notice the bitterness more because I drink it without any additives including sugar, just the tea.
