Ice Tea - how do you make it?

I'm trying to make epic ice tea at home, make it by the gallon. So far I've gotten to the "it's okay" stage, but not the epic stage.

Any secrets you are willing to share?

BTW, I'm using the cold brew method.

I sometimes make sun tea, like my grandmother in New Orleans used to. I can’t load it up with sugar like she did, which is a pity, but I use stevia, and that works. I let it steep for a long time outside. Then I bring the jar inside, put it in the fridge or if I want a glass right away I pour one and add ice.

@bijouxbroussard Thank you - Sun tea is what I used to make, but am trying to perfect cold (refrigerator) brewed. A couple of hours slower to brew, but seems to me to taste less bitter.

@bijouxbroussard I make iced tea the same way. I make sun tea like my mom and grandmother used to make (using loose leaf tea and I put one crushed stevia leaf in during the process instead of sugar (I grow a stevia plant). And then after the sun tea is done I filter if needed and put it in the fridge. :) It's so good.
