Ice Tea - how do you make it?

I'm trying to make epic ice tea at home, make it by the gallon. So far I've gotten to the "it's okay" stage, but not the epic stage.

Any secrets you are willing to share?

BTW, I'm using the cold brew method.

Do you mean sun tea? Just add tea bags to cold water and leave in the sun for hours? I have done this in the past.

@PoetryNEmotion No, refrigerator (cold) brewed and while the difference is slight, I've noticed a smoother taste with cold brewed. I'm wondering now if it's the tea I use. Most are saying they use Liptons tea bags and I've been using an organic loose leaf orange pekoe black tea. Maybe I need to use the cheap stuff 😁.
@Ontheroad Ooh, I love loose leaf tea. I think it may be too strong for ice tea though. Have you tried using less or steeping less time? I am not a fan of Lipton. So you make yours in the fridge?
