Ice Tea - how do you make it?

I'm trying to make epic ice tea at home, make it by the gallon. So far I've gotten to the "it's okay" stage, but not the epic stage.

Any secrets you are willing to share?

BTW, I'm using the cold brew method.

I never made cold brew method,i think i used to boil a gallon of water,add 10 tea bags and let it cool down then add sugar to taste for sweet tea. :)

@Ramrod Yep, seems you too use tea bags. Thanks, I'm going to get tea bags instead of using loose leaf.
