Does anybody else drink excessive amounts of black tea? [I Like Tea]

Maybe that's the source of my problems and I should drink more water instead. ☹️ Black tea has been the main source of fluid for me since childhood. Sometimes I switch to herbal tea but often it's all I drink all day and I drink a lot. It's hard to change this habit.

do you find it stains your cups, and teeth? I bought some Kenyan Mountain tea to use us some cash at the airport leaving Nairobi. It is fabulous! But, my cups need to be scrubbed often

@samueltyler2 Yes. I have to scrub a teapot a lot too. I cut on black tea since then and try to stay with no more than 5 cups a day. I have really delicious green tea right now.

@CrazyMusicLover Green tea is too weak for me. I like my drinks robust, in coffee only espresso, in wine, cabernet sauvignon.
