The alleged "sugar high" - ???
I have a question. If children get a lot of sudden energy from eating chocolate & sugar, at what age does that stop working for us adults?

I'm 31 and unless it's just a weird coincidence, I still get that high sometimes. More often it translates into restlessness and irritation though. Then it feels like you have excess energy that you don't know what to do with.
