The alleged "sugar high" - ???
I have a question. If children get a lot of sudden energy from eating chocolate & sugar, at what age does that stop working for us adults?

It just presents differently.
People can get irrational, sleepy, argumentative, weepy, depressed, irritated, scattered, hyper focused ...and many other things, from sugar highs.
And it's not alleged, glucose spikes are a real thing medicine can measure .
