An admirable goal. You should write a letter of introduction to your local Starbucks, (which is a privately owned franchise), and see if you can get your foot in the door.

@4meAndyou Absolutely right about that! I wanna tell him/her after I'm hired. 🤪 Jk. Yeah, no, I'll just go above their head about it because a lot of companies have regional managers come through to check up on the stores. I'll tell them my goals.
