I've been making my own "ice cream" or double thick shake in the Nutri Bullet for quite some time. Strawberry seems to turn out best, but chocolate banana isn't bad. My recipe is a little different.
I put in the frozen fruit first...for strawberry I use about a cup of frozen sliced strawberries. I used to pour in about 1/3 cup of Skinny mix sweetener on top of that, but now I just use sugar or Stevia.
Then I add about 2/3 cup of non dairy powdered coffee creamer, which seems to act as a thickening agent, and last but not least fill up to the max line with coconut milk.
I don't have this too often, because I've never figured out the calories, but it is VERY good!
