Protein, meat and vegetables [I Love Protein Smoothies]
When I was 29, I tried out eating a bunch of protein rich foods. My favourite was protein pancakes, with a lot of eggs, and protein vanilla milk. This picture is from June 2018. I never continued eating and drinking that kind of ProPuddings and ProShakes, cause it's too expensive. Now, on Monday I cut out gluten from my diet. I've read again and again how it makes you struggle with getting rid of that tummy fat. I also added meats and vegetables, which I haven't had in months...
I'm adapting well, my mindset is right, but I struggle some with the physical feeling I have. I'm energized but I lose my appetite all the time, when looking down on a plate of vegetables.
Plus I'm cold, my low blood pressure sure has something to do with it, but now I can't be still for an hour without starting to freeze. I guess I'm adapting to an active lifestyle? My body tells me to start moving? I hope so. Cause I need to change my life, to what it was before, I just didn't realize it meant suffering 😉
