What was the lobster texture/quality if you'd rate it?

@11knaves11 it was mostly small peices so I didnt notice that it was tough. There was some in the ravioli and the sauce so that surprised me a little. I cooked it in the oven and if I get it again I will probably leave it in longer just because the pasta was a little tough.
