Sometimes. It's on my risky food list since it made me sick a couple of times. I guess it's too fatty.

@CrazyMusicLover Try it with g(h)nocchi; once cooked in a sauce it loses all that "fatty" feel.

@Elessar I think it also depends on the meat. Once I had a really delicious grilled salmon that was seasoned just the right way. 🥴

@CrazyMusicLover Oh yeah, but the gnocchi or pasta are made with the sliced / smoked one.
For the grilled one, I used to buy it at Lidl, then cook it (on a pan, outside 😅)

You don't have to cook fish well-done to deal with any bacteria! The only thing cooked well-done to address bacteria is pork.
