Yes, obviously. It's wrong to kill sentient animals for food in the vast majority of cases, and it's even more wrong to do so in a way which probably causes them great pain. Mussels and oysters are a great ethical alternative to lobster and crab, since they're very eco-friendly and almost certainly have no conscious experience.
