And so I had it on hand when my godson came to visit. I added Italian sausage and mozzarella cheese, and for what is, it came out surprisingly well. He really enjoyed it, said he’s going to start making it for supper for himself and his roommates.

@Lostpoet Like I said, for what it is, it’s not bad, and I think the sausage and cheese helped. My godson really enjoyed it, and I gave him the leftovers to take home. Apparently the roommates liked it, too.
