Ingredients 3 x ripe bananas 2 x eggs ½ cup cottage cheese 5ml x baking soda ⅓ Cup honey 500ml oats Pinch of salt 5ml cinnamon
Directions Preheat oven to 180°C or 356°F Spray and line loaf pan with baking paper. Blend all ingredients together and pour into loaf pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes.

@Sweet00Lullaby Actually, now it occurs to me; in our area we can get steel-cut oats, rolled oats, or quick oats. I think quick oats would break up the most during blending, so is that the form of oats that should be used?
