Pellet smoker is great and super easy - lots of good things you can smoke even just using dry rubs and whatever meat you like, pork butt, ribs, brisket, chicken and more.
I’ve done burgers (homemade), bacon, wings, drumsticks, stuffed chicken breast, brisket, pulled pork, chili, pork chops, steak, sausages, whole turkey, whole chicken, burnt ends and the list goes on.
Unfortunately I’m not much help with recipes cause I usually just wing it. It’s never the same twice! 😆
