This is has been in my gmail account since 2006 and it's my go-to when I need the simplest chili.

I'll change things up when I have time but this is the stock recipe.

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 med onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped

2 tsp salt, optional
1 tsp pepper
shredded cheddar cheese, optional

In a skillet, brown beef; drain. Transfer to a slow cooker. Add the
next nine ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on

@JovialMoose sounds good! The recipe i listed is actually new to me. Still cooking right now (low and slow) i adopted a bunch of different recipes and will see how it turns out tonight.

@SlightlyBelowAverageJoe that's how I ended with mine, it's bunch of found recipes mashed together
@Starcrossed i read it, sounds great. Maybe on the spicy side.(which i don't mind) but i make it for other people ... unless the coffee and cinnamon curb it a bit

@SlightlyBelowAverageJoe Lol admittedly it's a little too spicy for me straight, but I like to add cheese, crackers and sour cream.
