I'm going to make giardiniera - any good recipes?

I remember having giardiniera on Italian beef sandwiches in Chicago. So good.
I've been itching to relive the experience without getting shot at.

There are some Buona Beef and Pop's Beef - Portillo even- locations in the suburbs that are still
reasonably safe.

Cinc- OK - you will have to settle for Skyline chili - or at least add onions and cinnamon to canned stuff. :- )
