I'm going to make giardiniera - any good recipes?

I remember having giardiniera on Italian beef sandwiches in Chicago. So good.
I've been itching to relive the experience without getting shot at.

@Budwick love Portillo’s. It’s a must when I get back to the Chicago area. I have a whole list. Aurelio’s pizza, fat Johnny‘s for Hot Dogs and Portillo’s for Italian beef.

@Bearsfan67 OK, we have put my craving over the top. I just found a place that alleges to offer authentic Chicago style Italian beef sandwiches. I'm gonna try them out soon.
