Simple Homemade Salad


Salad ingredients: Lettuce, cherry tomatoes, purple cabbage, red onions, cucumber, steamed broccoli, carrots and steamed French beans.

For salad dressing: olive oil, salt (to taste), crushed black pepper, finely chopped garlic and green chillies, maple syrup, tahini paste.

Process: Clean and cut all the vegetables. Steam broccoli and French beans for 3-4 mins and run them under the cool water to maintain green colour. Mix everything for the salad dressing in a glass jar and shake it well to mix properly. Add the dressing in the salad and toss it well and serve it right before eating to avoid soggy salad.
