@MistyCee that sounds yummy. Ya I can get them here to as well. Though I've never cooked crawfish.

@littlepinklotus Give it a shot. They've got a little stronger flavor than Shrimp, and personally, I think they work better with cream sauces. Not that I'm knocking shrimp, mind you. I'm planning on a Shrimp poboy and raw oysters for lunch actually.

@MistyCee Oh that sounds so good! And I have eaten crawfish before they are tasty just never have made them. But I will give it a go thanks.

@SW-User And it looks so easy. I know I am going to cheat but I think instead of making the alfredo sauce and pesto by scratch I will just buy it. But I still think it will come out amazing.
