Is calling myself bookish, a type of insult?

Truth is, I LOVE LEARNING!

If I were to see a 9 hour video about a subject I want to learn and an hour video, I’d get so excited by the lengthy one.. because I want all the details always, I don’t want summaries..

Learning to me is fun, is what keeps me going and makes me feel alive.. and every word I hear, usually triggers a question or a thought..

Thirsty for knowledge always.. thankful when someone give me an insightful information… always admiring of intelligent people who know “stuff”..

No it's descriptive. I've used it.

I would take that as a compliment.

Of course not! That just means your smart!

Nope. Especially with the type of people I think you seek out nowadays.
I’ve never seen that as an insult. Intelligent people like to read and learn. 🤓
Bookish is a TV series.

Anyway not an insult.

It can mean anything that you assign it's meaning to be. Of itself, the word "bookish" has no inherent meaning.
